Seems like this year is going to be another big one. Post renovation of some bathrooms at our house we are going to sell!, then move. Leaving Graffiti Park behind possibly forever. Not sure of the final landing strip for where we will move too but Rhodes is looking pretty good.

10 years ago I moved to Kingswood. Accidentally I might add, as I thought my University campus was there, only to find out that classes wound be held at Rydalmere, (firstly in tents) and then in real buildings.

I had moved to the Penrith Area for no good reason. BUt I did meet some cool people, formed a great band (Withdisdain,  made a couple of albums!!) But somewhere it always grew like a monkey on my back that I wanted to live somewhere else in Sydney.

Thus now my Smart Beautiful wife has suggested the possiblity I am jumping on it. I think it would be great. Living in differnt parts of Sydney should really be eye opening.

Problem is Now I have to wait. Which I am utterly hopeless at. We have never sold a house before, it seem complicated and sticky like buying a house.

Not sure if the bank are going o let us out with both kidneys……..scary.

But i do like the though of living somewhere new, giving our family a super fresh start in a new suburb that none of us have lived in.

It will be a shame to leave the poshest bathrooms ever !!!!!!!!! but hopefull we will have an equally posh bathroom at our new Joint, and if all goes well and we find the right one, we can move to an Apartment.  No More Lawnmowing.  Thank Lord Jesus who I don’t believe in.
