Relief/Release

Well it is over. After three more
dropped calls, and a wait of 2.5hrs for a ’15 to 24 minute’ call
back I was finally put through to cancellations. I was put through
to a great employee, one vodafone should be very proud of. I
explained the following to this lady. I felt as though I had had
the terms of our contract violated. Vodafone had failed to
communicate the network upgrade to customers. Vodafone had failed
to communicate possible outages as a result of possible need for
network upgrades. Vodafone had failed to communicate when some
resolve may be found or when network upgrades may be finalized.
Vodafone had failed to reward customers for their patience, maybe
due to fact they are a greedy multinational company. Vodafone had
underestimated their consumers. The worst thing a company who
relies on consumers could do. Thank you for releasing me from my
contract. Respecting my need to leave your service to find another
one that is more reliable. I’m out. Thanks Vodafone, for a fucked
two months and a good resolve.
