My entire job currently is Crohn’s & Colitis patients (introducing Glen Collins – IBD Nurse). She is very much an outlier for disease progression, but shows clearly how crazy things can get.
And yes, fucked and understate doesn’t begin to explain the diseases and what these patients can go through
